Each year, Seward Co-op invites local farmers to a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Fair held at the Franklin Store location. This year’s CSA Fair is Saturday, April 22, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event allows consumers to learn about different CSA programs and select a share that best meets their needs. Purchasing a CSA share connects us to both the bounty and risk that local farmers balance in growing healthful, fresh food.
We’ve invited farmers attending the fair to a special extended happy hour at the Seward Co-op Creamery Café in celebration of the upcoming growing season! Please join us after the CSA Fair to enjoy $1 off beer, wine, cider, and small plates between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.
